REFUND POLICY
In the event that the festival is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.
In case of event cancellation due to COVID-19, all tickets can be refunded (with the exception of the $10 per ticket that is donated to Pay It Forward Alabama) or donated to charity in your name.
